Ordering & Stock
How do I place an order?
Log in to your Greensaver account and browse our product catalog. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping. Orders under $500 incur a flat $15 delivery fee.
Can I set up recurring orders?
Yes! Our Smart Reorder feature allows you to set up automatic recurring orders based on your purchasing patterns. You can customise the frequency and products, and modify or cancel at any time.
How do I check product availability?
Product availability is shown in real-time on each product page. You can also filter by 'In Stock' in the catalog. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can set up a notification to be alerted when it's available.
Can I order products from multiple brands in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix and match products from any of our partner brands in a single order. All items will be shipped together.
Delivery & Returns
What is your delivery guarantee?
We guarantee next day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made via our logistics network to ensure product integrity.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track all deliveries in real-time through your Greensaver dashboard.
What if my delivery is damaged or incorrect?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or credit immediately. All deliveries are insured and temperature-monitored.
Can I return products?
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. Contact our support team to initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you deliver to all Australian states?
Yes, we deliver to all Australian states and territories. Metro areas receive next-day delivery, while regional areas typically receive delivery within 2-3 business days.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, direct debit, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Enterprise accounts can also set up 30-day payment terms subject to credit approval.
How do I access my invoices?
All invoices are available in your account dashboard under 'Invoices'. You can download individual invoices as PDF or export your complete invoice history for accounting purposes.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes, qualified pharmacies can apply for 14-day or 30-day payment terms. Contact your dedicated account manager or apply through your dashboard settings.
Getting Started
How do I register my pharmacy?
Click 'Register' and complete our streamlined 3-step process: enter your pharmacy details, upload your pharmacy licence and TGA documentation, and verify your email. Most registrations are approved within 24 hours.
What documents do I need to register?
You'll need your pharmacy licence number, ABN, proof of pharmacist registration with AHPRA, and a valid TGA approval for prescribing/dispensing cannabis medicines.
How long does registration take?
Most registrations are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Complex applications may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes! Every registered pharmacy is assigned a dedicated account manager who can help with product selection, ordering, and any questions about cannabis medicines.
Cannabis Medicines
What TGA approvals do I need to stock cannabis medicines?
Pharmacies need to ensure prescribers have appropriate TGA approvals. Greensaver provides resources and guidance on TGA requirements through our Pharmacy Hub.
How should cannabis medicines be stored?
Most cannabis medicines should be stored below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Specific storage requirements are listed on each product page. Our deliveries use temperature-controlled packaging.
Do you provide product training?
Yes! Our Pharmacy Hub includes comprehensive product guides, dosing information, patient counselling resources, and regular webinars with cannabis medicine specialists.
